How it works

Three steps. That's it.

1

Upload your documents.

Connect Confluence, SharePoint, Drive, or send us a folder. Read-only — your content stays yours.

2

Approve the architecture.

We map your library into programs, modules, and sequencing. You sign off on the plan before we build anything.

3

Get your training programs.

SCORM-ready, branded, and ready to drop into your LMS. No authoring tools, no IT ticket.

The math

A freelance instructional designer charges $1,875 per course. A 20-course program runs $37,500 and six weeks. Your library probably has more than 20 programs hidden in it.

Questions

The things we get asked first.

What's SCORM?

It's the file format every LMS accepts — think of it as a PDF for training courses. You don't need to understand how it works. You upload the file we give you, your LMS handles the rest.

Why not just hire a freelance instructional designer?

Great for one course at $1,875 and a few weeks. For a full program, that's $37,500 and months. Scaffio handles your entire library at once. Use a freelancer for the 5% of content that needs custom simulation work.

Why not just use Articulate or Coursebox?

Those are blank canvases — they assume you already know what programs you need and how the modules sequence. Scaffio's whole point is that you don't. We figure that out from your existing documents and deliver the finished training.

Stop staring at an empty LMS.
